NIGHTLY

1. All sites include 20,30,50 amp service

2. All sites include water, electric & sewer

3. Additional RV can be added to RV Site, subject to suitability for site

4. Basic & Deluxe sites are Gravel

5. Supreme sites are Paved

6. All sites have picnic tables

7. We offer Military and Veteran discounts

8. We welcome all pets - except for Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Pit Bulls or mixes of, due to liability insurance

9. Two fenced dog areas are available for play without a leash (Owner must be present)

EXTENDED STAY

1. Extended Stay is 90 or more days

2. Guest is required to pay metered power at $.12 per kilowatt

3. Discounts do not apply

4. Background checks are required (We want a safe place for everyone)

5. Taxes do not apply to prearranged 90-day periods and you must stay a full 90 days to qualify

The park came under new ownership in April of 2021. As it has now been over three years of new ownership, we will no longer be honoring Vouchers or Punch Cards given by the previous ownership. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Additional Extended Stay Fees

• Pet Fee - $30.00 per dog.

• Additional Vehicle - $30.00 (Tow vehicle and one other vehicle are included)

• Electricity billed at $.12 per kilowatt

Additional Daily Fees

• Daily Pet Fee - $3.00 per dog.

• Additional Vehicle $10.00 per day

• Early Check in / Late Check out - $10.00

*Rates are based on 2-person occupancy, one RV , one tow vehicle and one other vehicle. Rates are subject to change during special events in the surrounding area.
